3. Due to the characteristics of the fabric, minor loose threads, fiber irregularities, or differences in fabric texture may occur.
4. Due to the nature of manufactured sewn products, there may be slight differences in shape, woven label placement, and stitching finish for each item.
5. A mild fabric odor may be present immediately upon opening. We recommend airing it out in a well-ventilated area until the smell fades before use.
6. When fabric is reproduced, minor color variations may occur even for the same product.
7. Over time, exposure to strong force or repeated friction may cause wear and tear. As this depends on individual usage and storage environments, repairs or after-sales service (AS) are not available.
8. Colors and textures may appear slightly different depending on your monitor resolution or display settings.
9. Size measurements may vary depending on the method and measuring point.
10. Please inspect the product for any defects or wrong items immediately upon receipt before use.
11. Products damaged or deformed through use or washing methods other than those specified are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Washing tip

• The cover and filling are integrated and cannot be separated for washing.
• Hand wash separately in lukewarm water (below 30°C / 86°F) or cold water using a neutral detergent.
• Do not use bleach, chlorine-based, or alkaline detergents (including baby detergents), as they may cause discoloration or fading of the cotton fabric.
• After washing, pat and redistribute the filling by hand to reshape, then dry completely in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
