My habit matrix

A matrix you fill with your own rules!

Have you ever felt like your whole tracker was ruined because of one empty square? One day is just a small part of the process, but it can feel like a failure — and that's when we stop. So we made a tracker where you record in more detail, with your own rules, instead of just done / not done.

A matrix usually means a structure of rows and columns, but it also means a foundation for growth. We named it 'My habit matrix' hoping it becomes a solid foundation for your growth, not just a habit record.

365 dated squares, January to December. The stickers are half-size rectangles instead of full squares, in three colors — olive, dusty blue and purple (216 of each) — so you can combine them into your own rules.

How to use

STEP 1. Set one big goal for the year — exercise every day, memorize 100 words a day, read for 10 minutes…

STEP 2. Make your own formula for filling the squares. For example, split by achievement (did it all: 1 olive + 1 dusty blue / half: 1 olive / a little: 1 dusty blue / not at all: 1 purple), or by type of habit (5km run: 1 dusty blue + 1 purple / hiking: 2 olive / stretching: half an olive). Make a rule for the days you couldn't do it too, and you can fill a square every single day!

All rules are up to you — fill it with one color, or cut the stickers in half. Just make a rule that keeps you going until the end of the year.

A long poster that reminds you of a Tetris game! Stick it on a narrow wall or a door you see often.

We recommend it for those who:

• have a goal or habit they really want to achieve this year
• want to see the progress toward a goal at a glance
• want a one-of-a-kind tracker filled their own way
• want to record in more detail than done / not done

⚠️ This poster is folded three times for packaging, so there are fold lines.

Precautions

Please check that all items (1 folded poster, 6 sticker sheets) are included right after you receive it.

1. This is a folded poster. If you are sensitive to fold lines, please consider carefully before purchasing.
2. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be small dots, light dents, slight color bleeding, or cutting errors.
3. The stickers use regular adhesive, so removing them may damage the surface or leave sticky residue.
4. Colors might slightly vary from print edition to another.
5. Once opened, stationery items cannot be returned.
6. There may be slight differences in size depending on how it is measured.
7. The actual product may differ slightly in color according to the monitor you are viewing from.
