Return & Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy

We do not accept exchanges. We only accept returns and cancellations for evident issues and reasonable cases.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns are not possible after this 7-day window.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags and original packaging intact. Please include all free gifts (if applicable) in your return package.
2. Cancellation Policy
An item is eligible for cancellation if:

You request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and the order status is still “Pending.”

The order is delayed for more than 7 business days without any prior notification.

The item is out of stock or your country does not accept EMS delivery.
3. Return Eligibility
We ACCEPT returns if:

You received a product different from your order.

You received a defective product. (Minor creases from shipping or items complying with the product description are not considered defective.)
We DO NOT accept returns if:

You changed your mind (size, color, etc.).

There are signs of usage, or the product is damaged/defective due to usage.

The product is custom-made or falls under the Paper Crafts category (cards, posters, postcards, etc.).

The return was sent without our prior authorization.
4. How to Request a Return (Return Instructions)

Request: Post a request on our Return Forum within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, item code, reason for return, and photos of the product.

Approval: A customer service representative will contact you via email or phone. Returns shipped without our prior consent will not be accepted.

Shipping: Send the item via post to the following address:

Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (including customs duties). If the return is due to our fault, we will refund the shipping fee after receiving the item (please provide a scan of the receipt).

Refund: Once the item is quality-checked, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
5. Store Credit (Mileage)

Accrual: Mileage points are added to your account based on your purchase.

Usage: You can use your points between the minimum ("min_mileage") and maximum ("max_mileage") amounts per purchase.

Expiration: Points will expire if there is no order activity for 3 years or if you deactivate your account. Points associated with canceled/returned orders will be revoked.
