We do not accept exchange, but only accept returns and cancellations for evident issues and reasonable cases. Your refund will be processed once the product is returned and checked. We only accept returns made within 7 days of purchase- return is not possible after 7 days.
*** For return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in the same state as when you first received it. Also, it must be packaged in the original packaging.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- you requested for a cancellation within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
- the order is delayed for more than 7 business days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- the ordered item is out of stock.
- if your country does not accept EMS post delivery.
2) We do not accept return(s) if:
- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- there are signs of usage
- the product has a defect due to usage
- the product was returned without our authorization
- the the product is custom made
- the product is in our paper crafts category (card, poster, postcard, etc)
3) We accept return(s) if
- you receive a product different from your order; or
- you receive a defective product.
4) The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items that comply the descriptions in the product page
5) If there is a missing item from your order:
- Contact our customer service center by phone or by our forum on the website (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
- Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
(1) Post a return request on our Return forum within 7 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

The delivery cost for return must be paid by the customer. Additional costs will be redacted such as the delivery fee going to and from, and the customs duty.
Depending on your location, it may take longer for the product to reach back to us, and in case you are returning a product of over $75, we suggest that you look into delivery insurance. We are not responsible for the returning product if it is lost.
*Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
You will receive your refund for return or cancellation within 3-7 business days from the day that the product has been quality checked. Please check with your bank for any delays.
According to each of your purchase, we will store mileage points to your account. In case of return/cancellations, we will be pending on the mileage point for 20 days. Meanwhile, feel free to use the rest of the store credit for your purchase!
When using store credit for making a purchase, you need to use at least "min_mileage", and the maximum amount of store credit you can use per purchase is "max_mileage".
Cancellation and Store Credit
Once you cancel/return an order, the pending credit will be automatically cancelled. If you deactivate your account, the store credit will also be cancelled. If there is no order for 3 years, then the store credit you already have will expire.
